What is BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE FOR FREE™ Campaign?

BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE FOR FREE™ Campaign 2021 goal is to enable 500 kids in South Africa to participate in SECA Virtual Conference.

The Campaign Ends on September 30th 2021.

HOBEY Pass is required. 1) you may bring your family for free. 2) enable a seat in SECA Conference for kids in South Africa 

Note: purchase Grand HOBEY Pass. Bring your family up to four including you (two adults, two kids, kids stay the same room with parents or guardian).

What are included in the vacation package?

Each vacation packages are different, so please refer to the description of the program for details. Usually include:

Round-trip airfare or deluxe motor coach or car transportation from departure city

Accommodations in double, triple or quad rooms with private bathrooms unless otherwise noted; individual participant may be roomed with other same-gender travelers

Airport transfer at destination, except arrive earlier or stay later than scheduled; all transportation between scheduled cities, towns and places.

Continental breakfast and dinner for most tours as program specified

Lunch usually are snacks and drinks as description

Admissions to attractions, museums, theaters etc as program specified

Cruise such as bay cruise, sunset cruise or river cruise etc as program specified

Round trip ferry to Islands

All excursions on the Islands have professional tour guide services

Historic landmarks, national / state parks, city walks led by professional tour guide as program specified

Luggage handling (one piece per person)

Full-time service of a professional tour counselor

Room taxes, meal taxes and non-optional gratuities

24/7 security and emergency services

If you have HOBEY Pass, you will get Pass fee returned to your account each time you completed a travel for future booking (7 days or longer)

What are not included in the vacation package?

Beverages/alcoholic beverages at dinner

Lunch, unless written in the program

Vacation extensions or optional excursions

Unscheduled events or activities

Tips to drivers, local guides, cruise staff and travel consultant

Extra luggage handling fee from airline or bus

Any supplementary destination charges, resort fee or any fees/expenses incurred by your own spending at the hotel or resort not described in the program

Any applicable fee of private or personal event, or small group activities not requested at booking

How do I check availability?

Simply browse our list and chick BOOK NOW button. It will lead you to the details page, show you information regarding this list with tabs below the images, AVAILABILITY tab is one of the tabs in the section. Click the tab, and then the calendar will show, Click on the date (color blue as available) of your desire, and the booking details include price will show below the calendar.

Can I reserve now and pay later?

Yes. Follow the checkout, and choose PayPal CREDIT or Affirm on next page. Buy now and pay later in 4 or monthly. Whatever you choose, No late fee, zero interest charge.

If you don’t want to use PayPal CREDIT or Affirm, but want to ensure your spot. You may call us to pay $200 to $500 deposit based on programs. If you are certain you love the package and you may pay full at check out by credit card or PayPal.

How to make reservations / booking ?

You may just send inquiry to initiate the reservation. Within 7 days, go directly to booking to pay deposit or first installment. We have several payment options available:

  1. Get what you want break the payments up over weeks or months no late fee, no interest charge: provided by PayPal CREDIT and Affirm
  2. Pay by major credit card or PayPal
  3. Pay by check or bank transfer

To do so follow the steps:

step 1 – click on “BOOK NOW” button in the list of packages, passes or vacations, you will be led to detail page with booking info

step 2 – then at that particular page, click on AVAILABILITY tab on menu under the gallery images. The availability calendar will be shown.  Choose any blue date

step 3 – Once you click on the date, the detail info including price will be displayed, you may scrolls down and continue to fill out the form

step 4 – if you can’t see the blue date (available), that means either they are fully booked or not available at current time

step 5 – if you travel as a group, please choose number of adults in “Adults” field, and number of kids (6 to 17) you will bring. You have chances to fill in their names, ages in the next page. Most of our programs for kids six years and younger are free (except kids summer camp/programs). Make a note in the next page for names of kids 6 years and under who will travel with you.

step 6 – follow through the rest of the steps to finish booking. You may be asked to pay deposit at 10% to 30% of the total price at booking. The rest of the payment will be made 45 days before travel.

How to participate in Virtual Events?

Virtual Events usually happen with the following sequence:

  1. pre-registration from our website or other affiliated media
  2. public or private virtual events invites and links sent to you
  3. register for the event
  4. pass-code and instructions to enter into the event sent to you
  5. video/audio interactions
  6. chat or raise hand to ask questions
  7. polling
  8. Q&A

If you are invited as presenter/speaker, you will be sent detailed guide of how to. We will have moderator to help you during the Event.

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is not required but strongly recommended. For your convenience, here are some reputable travel insurance companies:

Is my credit card safe?

Your credit card information is processed through industry standard security protocols and yes, it is safe. You have other options to pay, including Paypal. If you are in the United States, you may choose Affirm or Paypal pay later.

How do I make changes to my booking?

If you want to make changes to your booking, simply call our customer service. Several factors affect your changes:

  1. how close to travel date, refer to our terms and condition
  2. availability
  3. what program you are about to change
  4. fees related to changes

What is the cancellation policy?

Travel insurance is strongly recommended in the event of cancelling or changing. For your convenience, here are some reputable travel insurance companies:

Long before the scheduled departure date, we make reservations to ensure your travel experience and the spot. There are fees incurring because of those reservations. If you don’t have insurance, we have to charge cancellation fee according to the schedule below to recover some of those losses.

We strongly suggest you to purchase insurance and protection plan to protect your travel investment at time of booking.
